Neural-Acoustics operates a confidential clinical-grade protocol. The data we collect — application details, biometric inputs, and session feedback — is treated with the same discretion as a private medical practice.

Information We Collect

We collect only the data required to operate the Initial System Audit and the 6-month protocol: name, email, organisational role, self-reported cognitive load, and (for active cohort members) optional HRV and sleep telemetry.

How We Use It

Application data is used solely for cohort selection. Biometric data is used solely to calibrate your acoustic protocol. We do not sell, share, or repurpose any data for marketing.

Storage & Retention

All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Application records are purged within 90 days of cycle close unless you proceed into the cohort.
