Because cohort seats are limited to 10 leaders per cycle, our refund policy is structured to protect both the participant and the integrity of the cycle.
Cooling-Off Window
Full refund is available within 14 days of cohort commencement, provided you have completed the Initial System Audit and at least one calibration session.
Mid-Cycle Withdrawal
After the 14-day window, prorated refunds are not issued — your seat has displaced another applicant. Protocol material remains licensed to you.
